Basic Video Conversion Price/DVD
$35

Transferring Home Video tapes to video DVD has a maximum time capacity ranging from 1 to 4 hours.  This range is based on a number of factors, type of original tapes, the number of tapes to be included on a DVD, and the type of DVD that is used for your DVD.  Single Layer DVD's are the most common format, and can hold 1-2 hours of video content.  Dual Layer DVD's are not as common and have a higher cost, but can hold 2-4 hours of video content.

Special Note: S-VHS, Mini-DV, and D8 tapes record at a higher resolution than VHS, VHS-C, 8mm, and Hi8 tapes.  We can encode these formats at a higher bit-rate that will retain all of the orignal quality of your original tapes. If you opt for a higher bit rate for these formats the maximum length of content you can place on a video DVD is cut in half.  For example a single layer DVD (our standard DVD) can hold 1 hour of high quality video transfer material.  A double layer DVD can hold 2 hours.

Standard Package Features

within tape)
